Together, The Journey Continues...
Kinta Saujana was established since 1991 and we started out with small scale housing projects mainly in Sungai Siput. By the year of 2021 we have more than 30 years of experience in developing housing and commercial projects.
During the years we have completed more than 82 projects in the central region of West Malaysia. In the near future, we will continue our focus in developing more affordable housing development.
We also ventured into the Hotel industry in 2010. In total, we owned 4 hotels located at Ipoh, Sungai Siput and Kuala Lumpur by 2015. Between the expansion of our hotel industry and conjunction with tourism year of Malaysia, we participated in Tg. Tualang Tin Dredge No. 5. Reviving one of the past glory of Kinta.
For the rest of the years and moving forward to the future, we are maintaining a positive outlook on the property market in Perak especially on housing development.

Kinta Saujana was founded in the year
1995
First Project In Ipoh, Perak
In the year 1995, Kinta Saujana setup office in Ipoh, Perak and develop the first 29 unit double-storey terrace house at Taman Rapat, Ipoh.
1998
Development Size Growing
1998 is the year Kinta Saujana’s development project size is growing with project size exceeded 100 units.

In the year 2010, Kinta Saujana develop the first MH Hotel building of 21 storey at Medan Ipoh Bistari, Ipoh
2015
State Government Collaboration
Ipoh Soho business centre project development in the heart of Ipoh is the first project collaborated with the Perak State Government.
2019
Largest Housing Project Development
In the year 2019, Kinta Saujana launches the largest housing development project ever Taman Tasik Saujana in Sg. Siput.
